Ross and Sheila moved to Stone Creek in 2017, having lived in Springfield since 1975. Both are retired educators having worked in higher education; Sheila at the IL Student Assistance Commission and Ross at the IL Board of Higher Education and IL State University. They have two adult children and six grandchildren, all in Springfield.
